Prvotní nadšení z hezkého kufru zcela vymizelo, když došlo k tomu, že se kufru vytrhlo madlo od výsuvné tyče. Dítě se chystalo na dovolenou, hrálo si na cestování, v kufru po bytě vozilo plyšáky a madlo mu zůstalo v ruce.
Pokusila jsem se kufr u prodejce reklamovat. Prodejce reklamaci zamítl s tím, že kufr musel spadnout z velké výšky a nebo byla užita hrubá síla a tak došlo k vytržení....tříleté dítě těžko užije hrubou sílu, aby madlo utrhlo. Obchod neregoval na moje námitky a vrátil poškozený kufr s tím, ať si jej nechám opravit.....

Vnučce se líbí, zatím nevyužitý ke svému účelu.
