    Shipping and payment

    SHIPPING:               

    Shipments are sent by Czech Post or DPD courier:

    - Delivery usually the next working day (valid for orders up to 12 hours).

    - Delivery during the working day between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Information SMS about the parcel number, delivery date and approximate time for dpd.  On the website www.dpd.cz you can change the date and time of delivery. In the case of the Czech Post, if you are not at the address, the package will be stored at the post office for 7 days.

    - Price 99 CZK (free with purchase over 1000 CZK).

    Delivery abroad, by DPD shipping service. You will see the price for shipping abroad in the order.

     

    PAYMENT:

    Cash on delivery - The price for cash on delivery is 30 CZK. Goods in stock are sent immediately.

    Payment by card or bank button - the payment will be made via your payment card (enabled for payments on the Internet) or bank button of your bank, for selected banks (ČS, KB, ČSOB, mBank, Fio banka, Raiffeisenbank, Unicredit, Era) the payment will be made immediately. You can pay by Google pay or Apple pay. Free of charge. Goods in stock are dispatched immediately. We use the GoPay payment system.

    Bank transfer - If the goods are in stock, the payment details will be sent to you immediately, if not, after processing by our employee and possible agreement with the customer. You pay to Fio bank. Free of charge.

     

    FOR YOUR COMFORT:

    1) You can return any product purchased in our online shop within 60 days without giving any reasons, more info in the terms and conditions.

    2) If it happens that the goods are damaged by the shipping company, it will be enough if you contact us by email or phone and we will immediately send you a new damaged part or a new product.

    3) Complaints are usually handled within 7 - 14 days.

    4) When making a claim, you only need to provide the order number or the name to which the goods were sent (without an invoice). More info in terms and conditions.

    5) If you have any questions during the use of the purchased products, please contact us.

    6) For most products there are real reviews from our customers. After your purchase arrives in 3 weeks, a review request will be emailed. Only reviews from shoppers will be displayed.

    7) We are certified "Verified by Customers" and a member of the  Association for Electronic Commerce (APEK).
